Seems to me it’s the video that were on the bonus DVD that shipped with the collector edition of UT III.
So I’d say the editor isn’t included, but you can get it with the game itself, as one doesn’t work without the other

Just wondering, but does anyone have a torrent of Gears of War, or maybe Unreal Tournament III, for the PC, that has the editor? I have downloaded many different torrents that were either supposed to be the editor by itself, or the game engine, and even GoW, but all of them seem to be fake or no longer with us. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Just so you know there are a few Unreal Engine 3 torrents out there, one of which I’ve downloaded, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to use it without having the editor, or the game. Here’s the url:
