Yep, problem is that scene files would be a big help. Especially with this Draper’s book. I have them, but they’re from 1st or 2nd edition I think. If there isn’t that much difference between them, I could upload, but only on rapidshare.
If you can upload the scene files to rapidshare, I’d appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!

I’m sorry to say that the files from the 1st and 2nd edition differ CONSIDERABLY. The 3rd (as read above) contains almost ALL new tutorials, whereas the 2nd edition was more of an addendum to the 1st. As Nasher, i’ve got the 1st edition as well and wanted to offer them, but reconsidered as soon as i read the contents of the 3rd edition!

Can someone upload the scene files? I think it would work finely with the second edition’s files.
And unfortunately the screenshoots are unreadable. The images resolution are too bad to read the maxscripts.

It’s really nice to know that nine months of my hard-arsed work for virtually next to nothing, scrimping and saving to get this book finished on time, having to give up full time work and live on the shitty advance from the publisher to discover that you guys are just sharing the book like its a tube of Pringles.

Come on guys, seriously? Don’t I give enough free stuff away as it is on my site (which someone kindly posted)? Aren’t I allowed to try to make a living from this shit?! … it’s not like I’m going to retire on this thing by any means.
I could have just ditched the 1st & 2nd edition stuff when the 3rd edition went on sale, but no I decided, like the generous guy I am, to give it away FOR FREE with the 3rd edition as electronic downloads. If the publisher had their way you would’t get it.
I give up. I’m not doing any more books. I can’t be arsed anymore. What’s the point?

I really want to buy your book, But i need it before this friday because i need some of your tutorials in the third edition for a VFX contract.
So I was wondering if it was possible to buy directly from you rather than buy from a distributor such as amazon.com.
That way instead of $ 1.50 per book sold, you would have directly all the cash for you.
You will earn as much as me because if you send it to me by private link to download I will have time to finish it and you’d have more money for a single sale.
I mean of course not just the book in pdf but especially the DVD.
