keygen doesn’t work for me on win7 64bit. i can launch it, see it in the task manager but is not actually working.
this says demo and RC version. guess i’ll wait for another version to come out

It shows as a demo if you use the desktop shortcut that the installer makes . But you have to delete the shortcut the installer makes, and make a new shurtcut from the .exe files you copied from the crack folder. (They are the full verion, not demo) and only wit these .exe files the keygen will work.
Please the re upload speak for this, are this is the full installer ??
On mac it simply doesn’t works… i try to launch the setup, installer cracked app but nothing happens…
Same with mine.
C4D and Maya doesn’t allow drag & drop on the Mac.
There is a trick you can do in the terminal for it to work, but i do not know it, and i’m not sure it’ll work.
I instaleld it and it works perfect on my computer (windows 7)
step 1 – Use the installer to install
stap 2 – Copy “all” the files from the crack folder (including the 2 new exe files)
step 3 – delete the desktop shurtcup the installer makes by itself (the normal shortcut reffers to the wrong exe file, not the exe file you copied from the crack folder (that one is named different, not demo).
step 4 – make a new desktop shortcut from the new exe files you copied from the crack folder (after you copied these to the install folder off course)
step 5 – Enjoy!

if the keygen actually doesn’t work on win 7 x64, I’d suggest try using it on an other PC with a 32 bit OS.
i installed it on win 7 – 64 bit.

you have indeed to copy the exe files to the install directory and “use those to start software” (they have a different name, that;s why the original demo exe file does not work)

i got it and it’s working perfectly (vista x32), THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU!
instructions:
1.install the demo.
2.http://www.multiupload.com/6B2KUTGXKL download it and extract the content of “CINEMA 4D R12″ (from the rar file) to :
“****\MAXON\CINEMA 4D R12 DEMO” and replace everything (**** is for example C:\\Programs…).
3.Run “CINEMA 4D.exe” from the same folder, it will say “invalid serials” and prompt a new windows.
4.Run the keygen, click on generate.
5.Get back to the window in C4D and click on “Paste” button, then randomly fill the other zones.
6.Press “OK”.
7.ENJOY!!!
The keygen generate only 5 numbers… Cinema 4D reject it…
When you click on ‘generate’ in the keygen, the entire serial and not just the first numbers shown on the keygen are copied to clipboard, so just click on generate on the keygen and when back on “CINEMA 4D.EXE” (and not “CINEMA 4D DEMO.EXE”) click on ‘paste’ button and that’s all
after doing all that is mentioned above..It still says missing serial number…aargh…
Same for me, I pasted the complete serial that was copied to the clipboard, still says “missing serial”
hi guys I solved the missing serial issue. You have to download the demo from mazons website and register it. So you have a fully working version of the demo before you apply the crack etc…Then when you paste the serial created from the keyGen it will work for the missing serial issue as well as all the serials for the different components…
I can get the serial working for C4D, but not for any of the modules. No Advanced Render or MoGraph. Anybody else seeing this?
Nevermind, got it working. You absolutely must copy over the folders from the cracked dir.

I used the crack files on my demo and cant tell the differance with the full because I dont have acces to a full version but at least it got the timer off

IT WORKS ON THE MAC!!!!!!! : )
Steps to reproduce the miracle:
When you’re done with all the .rar look for one of them that has a wrong name,when Stuffit Expander asks for that change the name of it on the fly.
When all is expanded download and install CrossOver,make a “Bottle” with XP in it.
Install (as “Other”) the key generator in that bottle,run it,DO NOT write the serial that it generates,COPY it and PASTE the WHOLE long number (NOT the five digits one that you see in the key generator’s window) into a Sticky note.
It will be used later on.
Install into the XP bottle the thing with “64bits”,run it.
From the folder where you’ve seen the 64 double-click the Cinema 4D R12 setup and then the ****.app**** (NOT THE DEMO).
When the installer ask you “DEMO?” say NO.
Run the .app and paste

NOTE: I use Little Snitch to prevent R12 from “calling back home” the first time it runs so that Maxon cannot install the list of the stolen S#,in this way I cannot install the HELP file updating online,if someone is brave and lucky enough to install it it would be nice to upload the help file somewhere for all.

Hey, try this, put some joints in the scene (character->joint tool->ctrl+click), and try use move, rotate, scale or any other tool besides joints. It consistently crashes there, anyone has this same behavior?
i know everytime you close the program it keeps crashing and when you start it again it always asks you to report the crash. so annoying anyone know how to fix?

I have an i7 imac too but I can’t manage to launch setup.app application. I tried to add the crack to the working demo (from maxon site) but the app didn’t launch…
Oyl – Let me run through the entire (iMac) installation again and i’ll post it in detail asap. Truthfully however, i can tell you right now that there was no problem at all once i had the keygen so it really shouldn’t be any more difficult than i suggested initially. Off the top of my head there’s nothing that i can recall being sticky or awkward but i’ll go through it once more.

It works. I thought I had problems but the three tricks are :
1.Copying over the installed demo from the Crack file ( 170 MB Expands to 574 MB on a PC) replacing everything.
2. using the non demo exe files and linking them to the shortcuts.
3. When using the keygen, after “generate” just go to C4D and paste, it will paste a single FULL serial for the version you picked in the keygen (studio ? broadcast ? etc.) and all related modules like BodyPaint 3D and sketch etc are automatically activated (much better than older multi serial paste for every module)
4. Run server.bat and enter the serial again (paste) to activate node rendering.

Personal Advice, if you make a living from 3D, buy this product . It is superior and fair priced. Buying allows MAXON gives better versions and innovation. Better the crooks at A*t*D*sk with their overpriced 3DSM*X product.
Good point well made – I own release 11.5 and will be paying for the upgrade asap. Once you see the capabilities you just don’t have the choice!

it may sound silly but,exactly,WHY don’t post the serial numbers?
I mean on the Mac the .exe file needs an emulator and on my iMac CrossOver ignores it,I’ve used both C4D 11 & 11.5 for free using the serials I’ve found in YouTube,thus WHY the keygen is needed this time?
I’ve found a friend that has used the keygen with Windows,then she copied and pasted the result in Skype,there are only 5 digits in the number.

ANYWAY THIS IS HOW TO INSTALL ON A MAC.
First, download the R12 STUDIO VERSION DEMO from Maxon website. Install It.
After installing, move the CINEMA 4D R12 DEMO in /applications/MAXON/ to the desktop, for example.
Then, take the version cracked that you’ve found in this thread.
Simply copy the directory “CINEMA 4D R12″ into /applications/MAXON/.
After that, you should copy content libraries from the demo (that you moved to desktop)
You found them into desktop/CINEMA 4D R12 DEMO/library/browser/. Copy them into Applications/CINEMA 4D R12/library/browser/
After that, you have to do the same thing with all the files you found in desktop/CINEMA 4D R12 DEMO/help. These are the HELP FILES.
Now, last thing to do, is to make the Cinema 4D Application…. an executable.
To do this, open Terminal (Application/Utility) and type “chmod +x” and then hit SPACE.
LEAVE TERMINAL WINDOW OPEN.
Then, go to Applications/MAXON/Cinema 4D R12/ and right click on Cinema 4D R12 application icon. Click on “show content packages”. Another Finder window will open, and then, in the new window, go to Contents/MacOS/ and CLICK AND DRAG “CINEMA 4D” file iNTO THE TERMINAL WINDOWS, next to “chmod +x” and HIT ENTER.
Now it’s done. You can launch Cinema 4D R12 and enter serials generated by the keygen. (to launch the keygen you’ve got to use an emulator like Parallels or even better Crossover, since it’s a windows application

You’re not suppose to highlight and copy the 5 digit serial you see in the keygen. You just need to hit “Generate” and it will automatically copy the full length serial. That way you just have to paste it in the required space in Cinema 4d
