It has the watermark, and has the bad scan quality.
No one said I had a better copy I just removed the password cleaned it up and did OCR.
I might have miss few pages to remove the watermark but since I removed the password you can just select and delete that in Acrobat.
If you don’t like it buy it, there is no better copy on the net.
