It doesn’t matter. This is an EXTREMELY horrible tutorial. Poorly executed concepts and some are just completely inaccurate.

This and certainly some others. There are some very good, but many are very bad. In general, there are good things to see.
You’re totally right, this tutorial is boring slow and teach poor concepts for compositing newbies.
