I’m not one to judge piracy, but man, this seems kinda low–lower than usual. This engine’s developed by a lone developer who’d probably be lucky to gain a sale at all. This certainly won’t help their prospects much. He even has a free version of this older software version, which you can use to get a feel for it. Not that this engine’s better than UE4 (it’s not), but still, it’s an honest living. I’d consider supporting this product, if you can.

Warning: Be sure to scan all the downloaded files with your Antivirus and if there is an executable or installer file, make sure to have your antivirus active and open in the background while installing or running the app. Some of the materials posted here are downloaded from CGPeers, So they could potentially have something injected in them.
