    you can download SP1 for maya from Autodesk for free, don´t need any crack… there are SP2, 3 and 4!… so, don´t waste your time download it from here.

    I have the creative suite installed.

    If I install maya SP1, will I lose the bonus tools and turtle renderer from the original install of the creative suite?

      you need to uninstall previous versions but probably you can reinstall turtle again in sp1

    I this is next version after hotfix4. You don’t need it if you have sas I think has sp1 included.

      nope, you will prob want it.
      Think of it as hotfix 5, as it corrects more bugs, which you can find at autodesk. Only diff, is that its not “hot” its a “service pack”, meaning you need the full uninstall and install. Hot is nice, as its quick and installs over your current build.
      IF the bugs dont affect you, dont upgrade :)
