I don’t get it. Where is the crack? This is just an installer. Is there suppose to be an ID and PW?
I found an old MD3 hack instructions. “Show Package” replace MD3 or 4. Doesn’t work.
Marvelous Designer 4 is limited time Beta,
so no crack will make for it.
Wait for end of Beta testings.

Replaced the executable, but does not work…
No real Mac crack.
You need to replace the original in the install directory after installation with the supplied file and change the permissions to make it an executable.
