XMesh? is Thinkbox Software’s production-proven Geometry Caching system. XMesh is a set of tools for caching animated scene geometry to an external file sequence and for loading this data later for rendering.
XMesh MX is the 3ds Max implementation of the XMesh toolset. It consists of a commercial Saver plugin (XMesh Saver MX) which exposes a MAXScript Interface for processing the scene and saving the XMesh files, and a free Loader plugin (XMesh Loader MX) which performs the loading. Don’t know if this is too late for you, but if others are interested, you just open it with notepad. Insert your MAC address into the spaces it asks you to and delete the hyphens.

Guys, I have properly installed Krakatoa , but whenever I start 3Ds MAX, a message box pops up and tells me that the Helium Schematic Control required for MagmaFlow is missing , I’ve already tried to reinstall it and change the settings in MAX’s plugins.ini, but it still doesn’t work. Furthermore, I get the same license error as abo-haamed, does anybody have a solution ?

And without helium/magmaflow shader the particle render looks preaty cheap.
Have anybody a soltution for this Problem?

Thanks for the software. I have a problem and I open it with notepad and substituted xforce.lic “your_mac_here” for my physical address, saved the file, open the 3dmax and when I apply the license it gives me error. What am I doing wrong? Thanks guys!

bueno les agradezco a todos por sus aportes me sirvieron mucho pero les falta tener en cuenta que para que se active el “Hostid=*****” hay que reemplazar el archivo “MaxKrakatoa.dlr” que esta en la carpeta del crack
por el que esta en “C:\Program Files\Thinkbox\Krakatoa\3dsMax2012\Win32”. y ya con esto el Hostid=**** ya lo reconoce el programa. todo muy bien me salio a mi espero les sirva ;).

1. uninstall the all thinkbox software
2. go to run type regedit delet the flex licence folder
3. reinstall all software enjoy.

I tested many times \license.lic\ rewrite progress in this page.
But it doesn’t work .
Obviously,there is something wrong with \xforce.lic\.
Hey guys, I got this error when licensing. What should am I doing wrong?
PS.: I put the mac adress in the both areas in the file .lic and removed all the \/\ in the file too.
