Anyway not sure why any serious user would upgrade to this, not much to offer except a few feature associated with 3rd party apps, what some ragdoll stuff, etc. also good luck waiting for plugins again.
The only reason to upgrade is that they have tried fixing some software bugs in this version, that and fixing CAT probably makes it worthwhile.

there usually is no difference, download the trail and use xforce keygen
there is no difference: every AD iso release is based on trial files. trial files are nothing but rar archive, and iso contents are nothing but decompressed trial archive

1) Go to following folder and open “services” file with Notepad:
Windows\System32\drivers\etc\services
2) Add the following line to the end of file:
mi-raysat_3dsmax2013_64 7509/tcp #mental ray satellite service
3) Save it and try again.
no men, i can’t, i try again and, not install, same error, service, “metal ray bla bla bla…” Verify that you have sufficient privileges to star system service.

Sorry dud, I don’t understand! You couldn’t edit that file or you could edit the file but after that you couldn’t install again?

If you have not tried it, just do this:
Right click on max setup file(the exe file) and then choose “Run as administrator” and install max.
If your problem relates to permissions, then this is going to work.
And if it worked, after you installed it, right click on max icon on your desktop and select “properties”, then go to “compatibility” tab and under “Privilege Level” tick the “Run this program as an administrator”.
