  1. Man, Your too Smooooooooooooooth!!!! Many Thanks!!!! For all of the Stuff you upload..How do you find all these PROGRAMS?
    THANKS

    • really, I would not be able to spend 600 euro on this product even if i wanted to and i believe this is the case for most of us here. Also, I think that 99.999% of us just want to play with this instead of using it to make any money.
If I were to use this fine software in a professional setting, I would buy it (like i did with adobe suite) because then I could depend on support, updates, etc.
Your hard work serves your customers and they gladly pay for the product if it’s as good as it seems. the vast majority of the rest of us do not take from your sales but we do provide feedback brand acceptance. If you are better than Vray, for example, we will make this known and your brand will grow. this is what happened with MODO, RHINO, SKETCHUP, etc. etc.

(also, we risk getting caught while, really, the developers lose nothing)
      everybody wins!

  2. It’s an incredible piece of software well worth buying.

    Test. Buy.

    • i totally agree. ..Test. Buy.
@thomas Ludwig-see this as a great marketing tool for the developers.A lot of people will get a chance to learn using it and add it to their Portfolio. If not for leaked posts like this, i wouldn’t have been able to learn max and vray. ..and eventually wouldn’t have recomended it to my company where we bought multiple licenses to use. =-) …CHEERS EVERYBODY!!!!

  3. really…. its because of u ppl v r able to upgrade ourselves….. many a thanks buddies… !!!! :-)

  4. Thomas Ludwig…Like most of the comments I too will download and try it. If I decide I like it and use for work I will buy it and have done that since 1985. That is the unwritten rule among many of the people I know.

But if I were you I would be spending my dev time on real time renders. The Maxwells, Indigo’s, Kray’s, Fry’s, etc’s times are coming to a fast dead end. Easy and breezy is the wave of the future. Look at Octane for instance. Why would I ever spend 600 euros for Indigo when I get as good a final render in a fraction of the time for 99 euros?

    My two pennys dude…
    Cheers

  5. How does the Keygen work?
The machine doesn’t retreive the Hardware Key automatically.

    Any help??

    Cheers

    • copy paste it from keygen, not just the numbers, or press copy to clipboard and then paste it

  6. ok again cuz i messed up, run indigo, go to licensing to license keys tab then copy the your hardware key content to your keygen and press patch/generate, it should work after you restart the program

  7. don’t forget to paste the generated license key to your license key tab

  8. I agree with most replies here, Tomas Ludwig!

I am a designer learning visualisation and planning to find a job in the field of architectural vis in the near future – and all i have atm of 3d apps is “free” and i’m learning on it, maybe i’ll do an odd freelance job, but eventually i’ll either find employment or purchase the software if it turns out i can afford to go freelance.

*every* studio and 95% professionals will purchase the software if they decide to use it, mostly it’s students and hobbyists who cant afford it

(3.5 k for max and another 500-1000 for a renderer? who do you expect is going to buy this to a 20 yr old kid, his mummy?)

The most ridiculous thing out there is developers being all scared they’re losing millions on uploaded software while it’s obvious they can only gain in recognition.

As i wrote in one of my other posts, one day students and fanboys will be looking for jobs in professional studios who can afford all the legit software and the only thing you have to worry about really is to make indigo renderer a competitive renderer so the word spreads around about it’s awesomeness, then people will learn it, community around it will grow, knowledge of it will spread…and THEN companies will become inerested in it… and THEN is when you start making money….

  9. O.K. I tried it…and took it out of my machine.
    1. No plugin for Lightwave.
    2. Had issues with light sets and transfers from C4D.
    3. Have lighting issues with interior scenes and glass.
    4. Have to re-learn too much, will stick with Maxwell which I already know.

    Cheers…

  10. Thanks a lot, another one to try on XSI, someone already tried? Does it work?

  11. I’m Using Maya 2010 and Windows 7, and the keygen does not work. Followed the instructions, but nadda. Any one else having the same trouble?

  12. So yeah, this isn’t mentioned, drag and drop the the keygen into the Indigo installation folder. If this turns out to be a good Renderer, i will buy it. Cheers!

  17. KEYGEN HELP.
Ive followed every step of how to make the keygen work and it still doesnt work, it always says:
“Couldn?t find the public key inside the specified files, either they have already been patched, or the selected files are not supported!”
as many other people have also stated.
