Ok, I found a way for who needs only the 3rd part. Listen to me:
Just download the 14th and 15th parts of the new links. Open 14th part with winrar and drag out the file named Cylon_raider.part3 into the folder that includes the other first major 2 parts you have downloaded before.Now you have all 3 parts for extraction.
