i have win 7 64bit ultimate. I set xp serv pk2 compatibility mode.
I set date in bios and on desktop to 2 aug 2011
I re-installed win with no other programs. one lan port.
Key gen works now, but i get expired license warning.

guys, here’s the fix for “license expired”
A license files code contains a key for the date the license was issued, and this has to match the date that the build was put out on. Problem is, x-forces keygen just uses whatever date your computer is set to. so of course it uses a date completely wrong and out of wack and you get “license expired.
Here’s all you have to do – SET YOUR COMPUTERS DATE TO THE DATE IN “LICENSING INFO” in your assimilator log while creating a keygen. Then the keygen will use that date, and will create a proper license.
1. check your assimilator log for the correct licensing info date (it’s right above the system and disk id, and the date will be different for every build. (For the latest build that lou posted in another thread, it’s september 30th, 2011. For the old build in this thread I believe it’s august 02 2011)
Find that date in your assimilator log after installing scratch. close scratch, and set your computers time to that date. (make sure you actually set your date, not just click on the date in the little popup calender. In w7 go to change date and time settings)
Now, open the keygen (if it crashes when generating a license, just open it in xp compatibility more)
put in your info as normal. You don’t have to alter your system by taking out any disks or other network adapters
generate the license and close the keygen
Now set your computers date back to normal before running scratch!
open scratch, load the new, correct license, and have fun
if it is still giving you trouble, you have to remove the record of the licenses you’ve tried to use in the registry. it’s located here – (it will not let you delete the Assimilate Inc folder, so you have to just rename it to something)
