In this Flash tutorial, we will learn how to create a dynamic animated Flash banner from a Photoshop storyboard. We will be using tricks and optimizing techniques so that we can keep our banner within ?Standard Flash? specifications: Under 40kb, 18fps, and under 15 seconds in length.
