  3. I downloaded these files and the MP4 tutorial videos don’t work.

    Quicktime say the movie file could not be opened, The file is not a movie file.

    Any help appreciated

    Download VLC player it is free, this plays all kinds of MOV files that can not be opened by Quicktime.
