This class is about learning basics about psychedelic illustration, what it is, where it comes from and my thought process behind each one so they can then use that knowledge and apply it to their own work.
Also I will include tips and tricks on how to make everything faster from removing the background to creating different colors and patterns with simple movements on the adjustment layers so they can escale their work production
This class is for whoever feels interested in Psychedelic illustration, struggles to decide what colors to use or wants to create a dreamlike portrait with their favorite themes.
This is not a beginners class explaining all the tools so is more appropriate for intermediates who already know about photoshop tools
This class is important because not only can expand your knowledge about illustration techniques, a little bit of design history but can also show you ways on how to make your collage production faster by setting up a good basis
This can be used on the illustration elements of different projects; psychedelic style has a similar feeling of “retro styles” and both are coming back in recent design trending. The methods and techniques used can also lead to “retro styles” so this class will contain enough information for students to apply the knowledge on different projects
Materials needed: A laptop, photoshop installed and a lot of imagination
