Title: SketchUp Pro 2027 v27.0.267 Win
Info:
What’s New in SketchUp 2027.0
SketchUp and LayOut
A New Unified Interface – SketchUp and LayOut now provide a unified interface to both Windows and MacOS users, providing the same customizable workspace, toolbars, and interface options while interacting with the modeling window.
Multiple Document Management – You can now open and modify multiple models within the same instance of SketchUp or LayOut using tabs and floating model windows.
Hidden Line Performance Enhancements – An improved engine for Hidden Line Rendering (HLR) provides a drastic reduction in the time it takes to generate vector linework for complex models while maintaining or improving drawing fidelity in LayOut. For SketchUp, this improves more graphics-intensive import workflows.
Intel-based Mac End of Support – In alignment with Apple ending support for future MacOS versions on Intel-based Macs, SketchUp 2027.0 requires Apple Silicon.
Interoperability Improvements – As part of Trimble’s continued commitment to improving SketchUp’s interoperability, SketchUp 2027.0 introduces more controls to DWG and DXF imports and exports, advanced IFC workflows, improved TrimBIM and IFC parity, and USD enhancements.
This release is about modeling that keeps up with your ideas. Procedures (Follow Me, Copy Along, and Solid Tools) keep their inputs editable, so you can change a profile, path, or spacing without rebuilding everything downstream. They also stack, which makes complex assemblies much faster to model and iterate on. Section fill hatch patterns bring vector-based detail to your technical section drawings, and AutoFit Live Components configure themselves automatically to the surfaces you drop them on.
LayOut gets faster and more flexible with Paperless Canvas, viewport image adjustments, and a re-architected HLR engine. Interoperability improves too, with new DWG/DXF controls, IFC and TrimBIM parity, and updated USD support. On Mac, SketchUp moves to a modernized interface for feature parity with Windows, and Multiple Document Interface lets you work across open models in a single SketchUp instance on both platforms.

So this was released a few days ago, I waited to see if any people reported virus etc, it seems clean so false positives on virustotals, as always do your own testing.
