  1. Thanks a lot for the plugin.

I keep getting a “Invalid Plug-in License” for the recoil plugin whenever I start Modo 501 sp4. Does anyone get that warning too?

    • Did you try to keep a backup in same folder? Modo will load both and that will cause conflicts.

Or are you on Carbon? I’ve heard people saying carbon doesn’t work, but cocoa does. I don’t have a mac handy and can’t test.

    • Modo has already a Renderer… it is faster, has better quality and it is easier to use!

    • uhh.. why do you vray for modo? modo’s renderer is equally good/better.
what we need is a modo renderer for maya 0_o

        • In general, modo has a very good renderer. Most people have issues with the shader tree. Especially people who are used to a node based system. It takes a completely different mind set and approach to be used effectively.

          • modo renderer its very good and simple, I wish to make some time and learn more about i, but its a young software still, many great features are yet to come.
thanks a lot for this plugin, want to try it before buy it.

  2. Still doesn’t work in Carbon, unfortunately. This would be OK if Cocoa was released as SP4 to work in Lion… But it isn’t. :(

  3. Great stuff guy’s I am still looking piAE_Win_Installer_95 for CS5 After Effects

  4. thanks for the upload.. but how can i install it???… the recoil_OSX_patched.dmg does not open!…

    • well actually… it opens… but when i load up modo it says ?Invalid Plug-in License?
