Tips on getting it working:

Go to C:\programdata for Vista or win7 or %appdata% in XP(by typing this address in explorer addressbar)
and delete the element_data and element_build files.

When using CS4 on a 64bit system xp-win7 please use the X32 files.

Make sure you run the licgen as Administrator
