In this DVD Eric Keller demonstrates his process for designing, modeling, and rendering an original photo realistic insect using ZBrush 4 R4, Photshop, Maya, and V-Ray. Eric talks about how he relies on insect physiology and evolutionary biology as guidelines for his original concept and how to bring photo reference directly into ZBrush using Spotlight. Eric takes the design from basic blockout using dynamesh all the way to completed model. Eric demonstrates the new topology tools of ZBrush 4 R 4 as well as how to generate UV texture coordinates. The model is brought into Maya and prepared for rendering. Eric discusses displacement and bump map set up in VRay, how to create custom materials, and how to set up the VRay Physical camera to create the look of macro photography.

    as i have said before, all of you spoiled little torrent beggars. if you want a torrent d/l’d the files and up it yourself. so where ever that you are leaching from, you might get a positive ratio for once.

    • You’re not paying for this stuff, so why do you care who asks for a torrent or not.
      I must admit that those who ask for a torrent without having the good grace to thank the uploader are not endearing themselves to anyone.

      However, I completely agree with Carlos. If the speeds to those links weren’t so fucking slow and involved having to fill out countless stupid shitty captchas, I’m sure no one would have an issue with downloading them.
      Until that point, get off your fucking high horse.

  6. I’ll do if with shit rapidgator didn’t download the files at 25KB/s.
    With torrent, I download at 10MB/s and upload 1MB/s so I prefer torrent in order to get it sooner and to share with people

    PD: I have 3,4 ratio ;)

    • Same answer, there are no Exercise/Project files to add, neither of the the courses provided them.

      More importantly, Thx to the uploader for their usual much appreciated effort I’m sure you forgot to say but meant to.
