Install Instruction
If crack nor working. Step by step solution. Personally no more annoying crashes for me.

1) Clean this directory C:\Program Files\Pixologic\ZBrush 4R8\ZStartup\ConfigFiles
2) Block internet connection to pixologic.com via firewall and hosts file.
3) Make sure you are using latest version of crack from this release
4) Change update.ini file in directory C:\Program Files\Pixologic\ZBrush 4R8 from check_for_updates = 1 to check_for_updates = 0.
5) Optional: use this Config4R8C.txt included in this release for better perfomance. Copy it to directory C:\Program Files\Pixologic\ZBrush 4R8.
6) Delete everything here C:\Users\Public\Documents\ZBrushData\VMemELJLNFK

If still not works try reinstalling as admin.
If you did everything correct your generated ZActivation.zsc in directory C:\Program Files\Pixologic\ZBrush 4R8 will contain ZBRU-SH.

ZBrush is the 3D industry?s standard digital sculpting application. Use customizable brushes to shape, texture, and paint virtual clay, while getting instant feedback. Work with the same tools used by film studios, game developers and artists the world over.

Dynamesh is ZBrush?s digital clay. It rebuilds the topology of your model as you sculpt, creating a smooth, even surface for you to add fine details. ZBrush 4R8 introduces multi-language support, as well as many other enhancements such as a new transformation tool, the Gizmo 3D and a new text generator that will allow the artist to create text and logos with real-time adjustments. And these are only the beginning!

Live Boolean
For all their power, Boolean systems have historically required a lot of trial and error before finally getting a satisfying result. With Live Boolean, artists gain the ability to combine multiple sculptures together and see in real-time what the resulting mesh will look like. Any model can be subtracted from another, regardless of their polygon counts. You can even use Live Boolean with the existing instancing systems in ZBrush such as NanoMesh and ArrayMesh. While Live Boolean is active, you can even sculpt on your models while previewing the Boolean results. All of these options can be combined together to provide new sculpting workflows that are unique to ZBrush.

Real-Time Preview
Live Boolean is also excellent for creating hard surface models. Live Boolean makes it possible for you to preview any addition and subtraction operations between your source models, allowing adjustments to be made on the fly.
There is no guesswork, since you are able to dynamically see the end result before committing to the operation. You can adjust any part on a mesh and see it instantly impact the model. It?s 100% interactive, non-destructive and works with any sculpt.

Using Live Boolean for 3D Printing
Live Boolean is perfect for creating models for manufacturing, toy design, product design, collectibles, and more. Use any sculpt to create articulated joints, keys for 3D printing, hollowing, or even to create molds for production.

Converting Your Live Booleans
The Live Boolean function is not only a preview system inside ZBrush but can also be converted to true geometry to allow export for use in other applications.
When it comes time to finalize a Live Boolean creation, simply click a single button and the Live Boolean process will be converted to geometry. The structure of your models will change as little as possible, with topology changes only taking place where the source models connect to each other. Even with models that are comprised of several million polygons, the result can be generated in just a few seconds.

Vector Displacement Mesh Feature
Expand your Alpha arsenal with a new library of Vector Displacement Meshes (VDM). These are 3D sculpts used as brush building blocks that will allow undercutting when drawing on a model?s surface. As an example, you can draw a nose complete with nostrils in a single brush stroke. Or an ear with complete front and back sides. Or a bent finger, scales with a raised angle or even an open mouth.     • It’s not an idea, idiot. It the ONLY option for now.Coming up with a keygen takes more skills than patching for this app.

  10. How does one do step 2. ??
    Block internet connection to pixologic.com via firewall and hosts file.

    Please explain?

    • 1. In type to search bar (right next to start button) type in: Windows Firewall
      2. on the left side click on Advanced settings
      3. again on the left side of the advanced window click on: Inbound rules
      4. Than on the right side of Inbound rules click on: New Rule
      5. Than click on next and leave a program as default selection.
      6. Navigate to the desired program you want to block. Click Next
      7. In the action menu click on: Block the connection. Click Next
      8. In Profile menu leave default and next.
      9. In the name menu type in for example Zbrush Inbound or Evil Unicorns…

      And do the same procedure for the Outbound Connections

    You’d still get the error after using it for around couple of hours even if you block the hosts.

    but just for FYI, here you go

    you need to go into windows/system32/drivers/etc
    there you will find a host file.
    first copy it to your desktop
    right click on it and then openwith wordpad

    a bit down where you can see 127.0.0.1
    just add in the next line
    127.0.0.1 pixologic.com(with the full address)
    close wordpad and it will ask for save…. so save it while closing
    copy from you desktop and replace the other host file.

    • Weird startup says can’t save to zbrushdata folder for most of the plugins/ booleans working but fails to create mesh from them? I renamed zbrushdata from 4R7 to old_zbrushdata anyone help me out here?

    • You are not telling the truth. This does not work. 4R8 only came out less than a week ago. There is not working crack or serial generator yet. Do not waste your time with this. And this guy saying it works is probably the same guy that posted this trash in the first place.

      The purpose of this patch is that people can see some of the new features and explore them. It is not stable but it serves its purpose just fine.

      So please feel free to wait few months for the keygen and until than watch Game of Thrones and leave us idiots learn about this new stuff with the stupid patch.

      When you get a perfect stable version than start learning :D
