I wonder if this is save. I really don’t trust the 263 MB big “Update & Activation.exe”
up untill R20 it was always just the Demo-Version plus Keygen.
-> Run Keygen in Sandbox -> PC is 100% save
But now I have to run a “Setup.exe” and after that a “Update & Activation.exe”
Anyone any thoughts on this

I don’t like this either. Many say that Xforce is no more active. That sounds like a lie ,because for other softwares published even here I saw a keygen from Xforce.I belive that fo some reason Xforce doesn’t release anymore Keygen for certain software because umpatient people have used their work to produce a kind of keygen in the past.
Quite often those exe activators are detected as virus and in certain cases even as miner malware. In few cases there are false positive because of the packaging method: you can figure this out by unpacking the exe activator and scan one by one all the file.
Last C4d I installed was 2018 and it had a keygen even if not made by Xforce. I found it in the bay so I used it with your method for generate a long list of keys just in case and stored only the text file with the activation keys.
Of course you can still use the demo from their site like in the past. But I agree with you about the safety of this exe activation method.

With R21, Maxon stopped using serial numbers – instead you have to log in to your Maxon account. Anywhere offering R21 keygens should be avoided.
The latest available R21 version at the Maxon site is R21.026, although here (and elsewhere) there’s been R21.027 and now R21.107. What these ‘new versions’ are is anyone’s guess.

Warning: Be sure to scan all the downloaded files with your Antivirus and if there is an executable or installer file, make sure to have your antivirus active and open in the background while installing or running the app. Some of the materials posted here are downloaded from CGPeers, So they could potentially have something injected in them.
We always ask bloggers to scan all the files before publishing the posts, but sometimes it's hard to detect all these things, so if you found anything suspicious (Not false positive, Generic, Patcher, Riskware and Heuristic results, most patches could get false flags like that by some Antivirus companies.) be sure to post comments with the file name and a VirusTotal report result link or the file MD5 Hash (higher than 30% overall positive result).
