Forest Pack is a plugin for Autodesk 3ds Max?, and Autodesk 3ds Max Design?, designed to give a complete solution for creation of vast surfaces of trees and plants. Forest enables you to combine billboards, high poly meshes and proxies, and using Mental Ray and VRay native shaders, create scenes with virtually unlimited number of objects and polygons.
# Compatible with 3dsMax 9 to 2011 both 32x & 64x

INSTRUCTIONS
First install the setup file.
-For windows 7 users- RUN install as administrator
-For windows xp- login into admin account & then run install.

While installing, it may ask you for a license key,? ignore it.
Complete your installation.
Then copy & paste ?forestpackpro.dlo? into 3smaxfolder/plugins- (overwrite the file)
Now your plugin is cracked.
After that,
For windows 7 users- RUN 3dmax as administrator
For windows xp- login into admin account & then run 3dmax.

  1. Problem in 3dmax 2010 64bit …..in the “Forest Creation” generate modality the plugin gives problems crashing the program!!

  9. is there a difference in this release oppose to the recent one that was posted on here a while back ????

    the previous release was also crashing on max 2010 x64,
    but it was managable……

  10. Not working.
    Installed on max 2009 – x64 and 2011 -x86 with windows 7 and max couldn?t load the routine.

    Any advice ?

  12. If it?s the same of last post, it works on win7 max 2011 64
    BUT only work well with scanline… with MR there?s a bug
    with material editor and it hangs, so you have to force close max.

    But as far as i used with scanline, it worked fine fine.

    Of course i was hoping to use it with MR as soon as possible…
    maybe next release.

  14. does anybody have plugin or script for max 2009 to export individual material as seperate layered photoshop file as “afexport tools’ ?

  17. just ignore when it asks for license code and copy the dlo file into max plugins folder

    now working in 3dmax 2011 ……
    please install v-ray 2010 version for max 2011. [then a problom needed v-ray installing time .then root folder turn to max 2011. no problom it is working]
