Pleeeeeeeeeease upload the CD, thanks. :) Having a book without the learning materials is like giving somebody a “Build a DYI Radio” kit with only the instruction manual included – all the bits and pieces are elsewhere.

Thank you for the book, it is the best!!! But please tell us where to get CD, because there are lots of things that are of big importance to work flow….
