How to :

– Unpack, if you installed any 3x versions, clean out completely!

– Run Setup.exe as Admin. Install language is russian, but after fix gets applied it will turn to completely English, just install proceed as usual.

– Don’t launch after installed!

– Replace the file inside fix folder into the followig path:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC\Athentech\Perfectly Clear V3 Photoshop Plugin\PCPlugin

  2. Yep, on CS6 still in russian… Problem is Putin doesn?t answer my calls…

  4. I opened the archive, opened the archive inside of it, and installed the MSI file directly.

    No malware detection anywhere in there (so I did not use the ‘stub.exe’ ).

    Then I replaced the UI.dll and I get a nice 99%-english (Some presets of look-files are still in Russian, the app is in English) working version, at least in Photoshop CC 2017.

    People saying it’s still in Russian probably didn’t replace the supplied UI DLL file correctly.
    (The path in the supplied readme.txt to replace assumes you use CC2017, for previous versions the path is different so you have to find it yourself. You need to _Replace_ the UI DLL File, not add it somewhere)
