  2. Need some help, textures are not loading.
    I block the app with the firewall.
    Not 100% sure what I need to do with the host file.

  4. I tried, still have insufficient privileges, (file got recreated as you mention)
    I’m sure that I didn’t add IP to host file correctly.

  5. OK, what I’ve done (I’ve Windows 10 with 64Bit):
    – Copy the WC directory in my c:\programs – Directory
    – Copy the user.lic in the WC directory
    – Write the numbers in the host file under windows\system32\driver\etc
    – Block WC with firewall
    – Run WC as admin
    – Restart the PC
    – Delete the Init.xml File
    – Restart the PC again
    Everytime WC says “Unkown user contact. Please contact the support”
    What is my failure ?
    I hope anyone have an answer.

    • Must block outgoing connections on FireWall for both the Launcher and World Creator.exe

  6. I downloaded a program I used to get Marvelous Designer working. Basically it turns off your internet completely. I forgot what it was called. I think Internetoff. It allows me to turn off the internet and on again for certain programs that are hard to block in firewall. I got it working just using internetoff.

  7. It says on part five that the file is broken (the .msi). And also on part one there is another .rar wich I can’t open.

  8. Damn, The launcher freezes or “stops working” (literally, it’s not that it turns white because it’s not responding, it’s stoped working) and I can’t go on. When I open the .exe that’s not the launcher it will also stays checking the licesence and nothing else!.

    I’m so close to use this program for once, please a little help would be nice

    • Now it works. I used all the .msi inside the world creator 2 folder. So, gg.

      I’ve got a problem with the distance of the objects and also for the shadows, but I don’t know if it is a setting or because there’s a problem with a file. Anyways, I can create my height maps with normals and diffuse maps, so I’m happy.

  9. Installed and got it to work completely fine BUT no idea how to load textures. Any help?

  10. Figured it out. This program is a bit of a pain to install. I took everyone’s notes and made this:

    Installation Instruction:

    1. Download and Extract Original Application Anywhere In Your Hard Drive (copy it into C:\program_files).
    2. Download The key (user.lic) and put the key to your extracted folder.
    3. Block WorldCreator using Firewall
    4. add 0.0.0.0 46.163.69.44 to your host file
    5. Init.xml from your main folder Will Fix The NO UI Issue??
    6. Install the textures using the .MSI file, it will be in German but just think of it as normal install process for any program. Make sure to create and place an Assets folder in a location you will remember (within program recommended, or wherever you like).
    7. When you open program, run as Administrator.
    8. Then once you open program, direct the Library Folder for textures (paint brush icon) to where you installed the Assets Folder.

    • For me I didn’t have to run it as Admin, but I had to disable internet and the run the launcher and hit the login button then when it fails, the Launch button appears, that successfully launched it.

  12. The program works fine, but there is no library of brushes, textures, trees. how can this be solved?
