Working for my conditions.
– I had 20.0 installed with old keys, didn’t uninstall 20.0 and didn’t remove the old keys
– I had the license server from the initial installation of 20.0, didn’t install the license server for the 20.5 version.
– I followed the instructions and replaced sesinetd.exe, and the key installation worked same as previous versions.
I had 20.0.547 installed and DID delete the previous license files and installed the new License Server. Was pretty unproblematic, just like the usual procedure and 20.0.547 also still works.
I believe that there is no working version of Redshift for 20.5. a of yet though.
If anyone knows if there is a compatible version of Arnold, Octane or perferably Redshift for 20.5. pls let me know :)

Torrent on cgpeers with this new crack was deleted for some reason.
Mentioned reason of exclusion by moderator was “doesn’t make sense”. And this made me reckon that old way of cracking (keys) is viable, but it does not work for me.
I don’t have the option to import licences. It is greyed out for me.
My hserver isn’t working properly?
I even tried replacing all the crack files included.

Ok, I got it to finally work.
the server wasn’t loading properly until I rebooted my PC, and I was then able to import licences.
I did replace the crack files, however, if I replaced the libLM.dll, then Houdini would fail to load until I restored the original file back.
So I would advise not replacing that one file.
I am trying to install it again with no 19.5 installed as well.
Now, I am unable to import my licences.
I get no account_login_id is saved in this session.
I am having problems. The keys are there but red and an error message keeps popping up saying that my sidefx account is not a customer one. Can someone please help? Thank you.
If i use the “apprentice” version w/o the cracked license server, all is good. But if i change it to the fixed license server and the licenses from the keygen, the “render view” stays black. It looks like something is not right with mantra-ipr.
Anyone knows how to fix this ? (Karma window works…)

There’s no keygen. Then, for me is useless because I use Linux.

WHy are there extra files in the crack folder with no explanation of what to do with them, i.e. libLM.dll?
Will it work without replacing that file?
