Hello and welcome to the Cecelia Course!
In this Citizen course Tim Von Rueden takes you through the process and mindset of creating an animated character through a focus on shapes and simplification.
The focus will be on first gesturing the sketch and proportion and then using simple circle soft-edged brushes to lay out the colors to then refine.
What youll learn in this course
In this course we will go through each step of creating Cecelia from the initial sketch to the final polish. Along the way we talk about tips and tricks on creating a character similar. This course uses the soft edge brush to create the look of the character and how to focus on blocking out the shapes first and then refining as you go.
With this course you will have the basics to go out and create your very own animated character!
