This book is awesome! A lot of useful information, and it really nails the theory, helping you to better understand how everything works in Maya.

Man I just wanna know how to use FluidfX and nCloth in Maya …. I saw them being used heavily (think 85-90%) in Mathieu Chardonnay’s showreel, and it just blew me away at the possibilities of these plugins/addons whatever u wanna call ’em! God freakin’ awesome stuff !!

Just to let you all know, downloading this book or the contents of the DVD is STEALING. As someone who just wrote a visual effects book, I can tell you it’s not easy, and the only way I get paid (I haven’t gotten any pay yet) is from book sales. Think about how you would react if someone stole your work and started handing it out for free, while you go hungry.

yeah, well first in my country this tutorials are not available in the market, so i can’t buy it, second buy for internet is really complicated and there is no guarantee of have it and the end, third there are not in spanish so people on my country (the most of it don’t understand it) and last it will be spensive for me becouse in MY COUNTRY THERE ARE NOT FOR SALE??? so thanks to people who put this video tutorials i can study something i like.
ps: in this place there are a few filming schools but therar to spensive for my economy (in colombia you earn US 250 per month, and a course could cost US 4.000 per year, do the math because with US 250 you have to pay rent, food, medical atention, transportation, and so on… ) so sorry for steal from you ??
