VRay – THE COMPLETE GUIDE – second edition is the first book in the world completely devoted to VRay. Its aim is to provide an advanced support for the specialists in this branch. you should install the latest adobe reader (9.3) and pdf will open in a secure mode, without asking you for a password
Adobe Reader sucks an dFoxit cant read the pdf, maybe someone can open this file and save it as normal pdf

more alternative links people!!!! this books is the one of the ONLY options outside of going to source directly, RapidShare scans standard names so use abbreviated names, like software releases do, it keep RS from taking down with obvious names. The best combo to keep a file alive is a locked archive with a abbreviated name. I hate locked archive but this is so rare to find a LIVE link to I would recommend it, it may last many times longer ;>
