Description: PhotoRealistic RenderMan, or PRMan for short, is a proprietary photorealistic RenderMan-compliant renderer. It primarily uses the REYES algorithm but is also fully capable of doing ray tracing and global illumination. PRMan is produced by Pixar Animation Studios and used to render all of their in-house 3D animated movie productions. It is also available as a commercial product licensed to third parties, sold as part of a bundle called RenderMan Pro Server, a RenderMan-compliant rendering software system developed by Pixar based on their own interface specification. RenderMan for Maya is a full version of PRMan that is designed to be completely integrated with the Maya high-end 3D computer graphics software package.

Install, crack and proceed to the timehack part

About Timehack: Since the 1st of may 2010 renderman for maya evaluation has stop working, either cracked or not. In order for it to work you had to rewind system time 1 year back, which was a pain in the neck. I have changed loader-script for maya, which made maya think that the year was 2009 while the real system time on machine may be any.Thanks for the guys for starting the idea of the script.

Instruction on installation is included in the archives.

Important: After installation of the script run maya with a desktop link (or loader). Window -> Settings/Prefs -> Plugin manager and choose Autoload Renderman For Maya Plugin only (not Loaded). Close maya. (This step must be done only once) Run from loader and enjoy working Renderman For Maya

Note to MAC guys: sorry, i don have a MAC, if you dl this release youll have to rewind time, but if you really need timehack – leave feedback, maybe ill find some time, install Hackintosh and will make a MAC script

Im using the script almost daily on a few machines and it works flawlesly but if you find any bugs – let me know Cheers .thanks for sharing…..

  1. There are already a cracked version out for 2009… I have used it a while back on os x with no problems… The real issue is the new version – studio 3 or rmfm 4 ;)

  13. does it work with NukeX 6.2 as may know the latest reelase of nuke can use pixars renderman renderer or should i have pro server or renderman studio please someone post some guidance
