The replaced files don’t work. Here is the error:

Mehran , in your case you can allow it by going to:
Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, make sure you are on the General tab. Look for the ‘Open Anyway’ button. This will override OS X’s prevention of running the application.
