not a false positive but actual malware?
So my experience is: works like a charm but possibly infected my system lol
nZ1 is a forum member has been for ages if his crack were torjans he would have callout ages ago, alter dll’s and exe files are very often flagged as they have been changes by the very purpose of making a crack, don’t blindly think your antivirus is correct. If you are unsure either don’t run it or sandbox it and look at it’s behaviour. So many people here just shout virus because they don’t understand the process of cracking. I’ve been here 14 yrs, never had a bad outcome yet, but I do check if I don’t know the source or cracker.
thank you a lot for your reply. My “lol” was because I was following the ” be sure to post comments with the file name and a VirusTotal report result link”. This time it wasn’t just 3/69 but 22/69, we’re around 30%+.
Your advice is more than sound and right about sandboxing it to reassure myself.
Conclusion: like I’ve said, the crack works fine so I guess the problems the other users had, come from aggressive defensive behavior from the antiviruses.. defender, hitmanpro, eset and malwarebytes immediately deleted it and blocked it. They might need to look in their antivir settings if it has been blocked or quarantined.
I always trust my antivirus software, as it’s the only reliable source I have.
The principle is simple: when in doubt, abstain.
Hi, come across this error “xzblib0.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0e90007”
anyone have an idea how to fix this one?
Seems that everyone is in the same boat, the crack is not even dowloading in my computer because the antivirus stops it from dowloading, so I don’t know if I should dowload it anyway or not lol
