5. when i try to do step 5 i get an error from my virus scanner that disabling strong name means that any program can do whatever it wants with unlimited access. this sounds very bad. why do i have to disable all security to use the crack?
   i tried it anyway because i don’t have anything important on my laptop but it doesnt work. bone still says that license is wrong.

    • bro u can restart ur PC to get license server started or u can USE run command!! I simply restarted my PC to get the server automatically started!!
      i couldn’t find Cracked dll file for max 2011!!!
      does any1 has that!!!

19. cant run LicenseManagerV2.exe, because of service shut down.
    Cant run it also – it starts and shuts off automatically

    • Got the exact same problem. Cannot restart the service.

      • Running on Vista 64… after several tries I gave up and ran the Event Viewer (Start -> Run -> eventvwr)
        This is what it tells me and what keeps the service from running – an exception is thrown:

        Service cannot be started. System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for ‘ActiveLockServerV2.ALServices’ threw an exception. —> System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly ‘ActiveLock3_5Net_3dio, Version=3.6.0.3, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d97a4c4222e90233’ or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.
        File name: ‘ActiveLock3_5Net_3dio, Version=3.6.0.3, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d97a4c4222e90233’
        at ActiveLockServerV2.ALServices..cctor()

        • Luckily it seemed to be a corrupted dll that was the cause of the problem. Another dll from one of the many uploads provided above was working.

    I fixed the problem!

    I had the same problem as everyone else had here…I have Win 7 64bit with MAX 2011 64bit.

    The thing that got me suspicious was the .reg file…BonesPro is actually installed to the “Program Files (x86)” directory. That is where the License Manager is run from. If you have a Win 64bit OS… all 32bit (x86) program registry entries are placed in the Wow6432Node Registry directory. (it’s like a separate registry for 32bit apps)

    I deleted the original reg entry from X-Force

    Example of Original Reg file;

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\StrongName\V erification\ActiveLock3_5Net_3dio,D97A4C4222E90233]

    What I changed;

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\StrongName\Verification\ActiveLock3_5Ne t_3dio,D97A4C4222E90233]

    and edited all 3 entries with the Wow6432Node address.

    I have added the new 64bit reg file for RS and HF or you can copy and paste from the code below and make your own. Just copy the text in the code box …paste it into Notepad …save it.
    rename the file extension from .txt to .reg (make sure you have “view file extensions” in folder options)

    *UPDATE* sgold found the X-Force registry update for the 64bit problem…I’ve added it to my registry code. It adds some fail-safes to the registry. If you used my original version…just run the new one (no need to delete the old one)

36. Nah, the so called fix doesn’t work. Tried it on two Win 7 x64 PCs and one of those was a new computer with just Max on it. I think XForce may be having a bad year, first Final Toon and now this.

    Anyway I find by adding child “helper” bones is enough to give good skin modifier results, which works by effectively customising the shape of the envelope.

38. hello everyone, when trying to restart the 3d-io licence service the message that came out is:
    The 3d-io licence server v2.0 service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.
    I’m using the x64 fix to update the registry.
    Obviously it is not possible to launch the Licensemanagerv2.exe because the service is not running.
    Someone please knows how to fix that?

Hi, im lost… besides the crack error, now happened that after i uninstalled bonespro and the license service to try the new fixed crack, when i install again bonespro it doesn’t install the license server service AT ALL!! i?ve done everything i know, like, erase all files with system advance care, all strong name register files, even restore to a previous point… several times, and never install the service, dont even create the carpet on C:\Program Files (x86)\3d-io plugins pleeeeease!!!! HELP!!!

    PS: Excuse my english, my root language is spanish! :P

    Creo que el archivo ActiveLock3_5Net_3dio.dll esta corrupto o es el correcto…pues lo he probado sin el crack y el Manager se abre bien…pero cuando se crakea el ActiveLock3_5Net_3dio.dll no se puede lanzar el Manager lisence para ingresar el numero de serie….
    perdon poe escribir en espa?ol…es que son tantas cosas que quiero contar y my english isen?t good…
