not that I don’t appreciate the upload, but this is free script anyways, just go to the website. All you have to do is join the forum, and do the request, and you’ll get a license and a serial, all for free. I did it yesterday when I saw it on CGIndia. But so I’m not bitching here’s how you install it:
1: Open 3Ds Max 2011
2: Go to MaxScript
3: Go to Run Script
4: Select GhostTown.mzp
5: Take your .lic file and place it in C:/Program Files/Autodesk/3ds Max 2011/Scripts/kilad/
6: Go to Customize
7: Pick Customize User Interface
8: Go to the Toolbar Tab
9: In the Category Drop Down menu, scroll down to killaD.
10: Click New to make a new Button and Drag killaD into it.
11: Dock it somewhere.
12: Press the New Button that says GhostTown.
13: the Ghost Town Window will pop-up and ask you for your serial number.
14: it will just sit there for a second, until you press the Update Button at the bottom.
15: After it finishes downloading the update, Boom goes the dynamite.
16: Play with your new toy.
*** Click Customize and go to the Units Setup. Change the top option that says Metric to Centimeters ***

I follow all this…:

but Iam can not found .lic file…
Show me this error:

Try to run Max as administrator if you are in windows vista or 7

I can install in win xp with 3d max 32bits…the problem, I think; was win 7 or 3D max 64….but in 3D max 32 its fun…then I copy all the file in ….script/kilad to 3d max64/script/kilad…an is ok…

Cool script and exelent alternative for CityEngine .All working . I have win 7 64 bit, and 3ds max 2011 64 bit and get only small problem…. when your max installed not in programmfiles eg c:\3dsmax2011 , script cant find some menu elements .
After copiing all klad directory in programmfiles\autodesk\3ds max2011\script its begin work normally :))

Hola como estan todos, escribo por lo siguiente, ya instale el ghost town y funciona de maravilla, lo que no logro es trabajar con el, osea necesito algun tipo de instruccion al respecto, quiero costruir un modelado de mi ciudad a partir de un mapa que ya lo he preparado, me gustaria saber como hago para lograrlo, gracias a quien me pueda ayudar
