Anybody installed this crack? Does it work?

I have a question regarding your Read Me. It starts by saying :
“Run the file HAR27.0.0-CGP-win-25340.exe”
Then :
“Do not extract it manually. Because the extraction process installs Toonboom properly in the programs(x86) folder”
However, to run HAR27.0.0-CGP-win-25340.exe is to extract it. That is what the window pop-up says when I run it. And to proceed in this extraction does lead to an installation in the programs(x86) folder indeed.
I’ve deleted everything after that but I’m not sure what to do now. I tried ignoring this part of the ReadMe and did everything else, but unsuprisingly, it doesn’t make it possible to run Toon Boom.
Is there something I misunderstood ?
running the exe sends it straight to the “program files(x86)” folder, extracting it manually places it beside where you placed the zip. thats why the note said NOT to extract it manually. but when you rightclick>open with>7zip or winrar then it shows you a folder AND a shortcut. extract only the shortcut and run it from there
It worked for me using the following steps. I didn’t follow the step indicated by the creator:
1. Run the file HAR27.0.0-CGP-win-25340.exe (automatically created the folder Toon Boom Animation)
2. Copy the flexm folder to drive C:\
3. inside the flexm folder run the regfile HKLM_S_FLEXlm_License_Manager_toonboom27.reg (It will automatically prepare the addresses in lmtools).
4. Run lmtools.exe
5. go to Tab Config Services/ Services names/ select toonboom_license_server (This was created using the .reg file mentioned earlier.)
6. go to tab Star/stop…then Star server.
7. Open TB Harmony
8.Choose the option : Specify the License Server System ( the file licence is in the forlder flexlm)
9. TB Harmony works.
