Has anyone successfully installed this? In Maya 2010 and 2011, it bitches about not having a valid license or not being able to build the menu. Suggestions?
navigate to the docs folder: C:\Program Files\FXGear\Qualoth\doc
Read the install instructions
1) Install qualoth
2) Copy and paste all of the contents of the crack dir into C:\Program Files\FXGear\Qualoth\bin
3) go to my documents > maya > maya 20xx and open up the Maya.env file in a text editor then add these two lines:
MAYA_PLUG_IN_PATH = C:\Program Files\FXGear\Qualoth\bin
MAYA_SCRIPT_PATH = C:\Program Files\FXGear\Qualoth\script
4)Save it then open up maya and load the plugin
Enjoy!

Thanks, illinc. I was looking on the website for the install instructions, but it left out all of that info. Never thought to check the Qualoth directory for the docs… I must have been high. hehe
Has anyone tested multi-threading ?
I followed the install notes but I was not able to get the plug-in work.
I get a license and script path error when installing qualoth and after loading the plug-in in Maya 2010 64bit, invalid side-by-side configuration appears in the script editor.
Warning: Be sure to scan all the downloaded files with your Antivirus and if there is an executable or installer file, make sure to have your antivirus active and open in the background while installing or running the app. Some of the materials posted here are downloaded from CGPeers, So they could potentially have something injected in them.
We always ask bloggers to scan all the files before publishing the posts, but sometimes it's hard to detect all these things, so if you found anything suspicious (Not false positive, Generic, Patcher, Riskware and Heuristic results, most patches could get false flags like that by some Antivirus companies.) be sure to post comments with the file name and a VirusTotal report result link or the file MD5 Hash (higher than 30% overall positive result).
