  16. Anyone have an issue with ati HD 5870 and 7-64 bit? When I load with the GPU option enabled the screen goes “crazy” and program is unusable!

  25. Someone please put it on cgpeers, I downloaded everything and received an error :-(

  26. when I open .bip, it freezes and then right click makes it “Not responding”. Did anyone else get the same problem?

  29. Anyone get a false positive on that? Part 1 was stopped because sophos AV detected a threat.

  33. the LUXION phone lines are burning with irate customers who want their money back. good thing we have CGPersia to test before we buy.

  34. tried both x86 and x64 on my win7 but no luck. still getting the same import crash problem.

  36. no luck here. installs and starts up just fine, but once i try importing, or anything, it just freezes and not responding, have to force a shutdown on the program. windows 7 x64.

  37. I heard ATI Radeon VRAMs are the cause. (or it’s OpenGL)
    are u all using ATI graphic cards whose experiencing import problems?
    Anyone here with ATI and functioning KS3, or NVIDIA user with import problems?

    • well, i am using ati firepro v4800. never thought it could be an ati problem. however, i downloaded the keyshot 2.2.65 64 bit version from here, installed it and it seems to work just fine. i just can’t get this version to work.

      • i just have no desire to mess with changing my driver versions just for one program as i use a handful of other apps like 3d max, vray, photoshop, etc with no hitches at all. it’s just this particular app that hangs.

  38. Same problem with NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450. Both Windows XP and Windows 7 64-bit OS.

  41. Using HP laptop with AMD 4350 (only 512mb) and a very old driver, also desktop pc on Quadro FX-3700, both running 7 x64 sp1, everything runs great here.

  44. Win 7 x64 with Quadro 2000 not working here. Crash when trying to import.. Dying to test it out!

    Fix anyone???

  50. I’m trying to install it but it doesn’t work….when i try to create the license file, appear this warning “cannot retrieve MAC address”!!!
    I’m so worried, i’ve some work to finish in a few days… :-(((
