I’ve tried to install 6 times Keyshot on OSX 10.6.6 but the file keyshot2 seemes to be a fail. After replacing this file the application no longer starts. So I can’t apply my licence.
Do you know how can I find another one ?

@cqld – sounds like the same problem the previous version/crack had. The replacement file is the wrong filetype (you’re trying to replace a Unix Executable File with a Plain Text file).
There’s a really easy way to fix this, which worked perfectly for me with the last version. I’, downloading this version now, will return when I have tested it.
Instead of replacing/overwriting the original file with the cracked one, do this:
File A = the original file (the one that needs to get replaced)
File B = the new/cracked file (the one we will use to replace File A)
Open File B in TextEdit. Select all text, copy it to clipboard.
Open File A in TextEdit. Select all text, REPLACE it with text from File B (which should be on your clipboard).
Save the file. You have now used the original Unix Executable File as a shell for the modified code, instead of replacing the Unix Executable File with a Plain Text file that doesn’t work.
I’ll be back when I have tested this myself…
hey! it works. .. if you copy the content from the crack to the unix file and save it .. then once you install the .lic everything works just great! .. well if you got issues saving the changes on the unix file, go again to the original file and change the read/write permissions from .. obtaining information.

I’m having problems finding the Application Directory that contains the Unix Executable files I need to overwrite with those in the Crack.
I’m running OSX. I’ve gone to:
HD > Library > Application Support > Keyshot
And here I had expected to find the UNIX file to replace with ‘keyshot2’ Unix. But since there was none, I dropped the file from the crack here and ran the keygen, with no success.
I normally search high and low on google, but this time I can’t find an answer.

You should go to the applications folder, right click on the keyshot icon > show package contents. Its in there!
